Chris Consett
Managing Director
Chris Consett has served as the Principal Executive Officer and Director of Talbot since its iception as PKF Independent Investment in 1994.
Chris was formerly a senior executive with UBS (formerly Potter Warburg) from 1986 to 1993. Prior to this Chris had several senior roles with Bank of America and Grindlays Bank. His initial apprenticeship in finance was in England and Melbourne with account firm Peat Marwick Mitchell.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a former Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Chris is marries with three grown up childre, and with his wife and family maintains an involvement in farming property in the Western Districts of Victoria.

Julian Glynn
Director
Julian Glynn is an experienced finance professional with a broad range of skill sets relevant for advising investors on equities. he has a broad kowledge of busines and government. His employment experience has included senior positions with leading stockbroking, investment banking and commercial banking financial institutions, including UBS and Westpac Banking Corporation.
Julian has strong experience across many industries and geographies through his non-executive directorships and time as a financial adviser to a wide range of medium and lage businesses in Australia, UK, Asia and New Zealand. He has degrees in Science and Economics and is qualified as a CPA.
Outside of work, Julian is married with two children. He has been in the Army Reserve for many years as an officer and has served on a five month peacekeeping deployment to the Solomon Islands. In 2009, he was part of the Army's deployment assisting the Victorian bush fire relief efforts.

David Kelly
Senior Adviser
David Kelly has over 25 years experience as an investment adviser having worked at major investment banks
McIntosh / Merrill Lynch and BT. He has also held senior positions at a top 10 ASX listed company.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, is a Chartered Accountant having qualified
at Ernst and Young and is a Fellow of FINSIA.
David is married with three children.
